Atlanta Realty’s Residential Real Estate Division provides
comprehensive real estate services to both buyers and sellers of
homes, duplexes, and small residential investment properties. We
subscribe to the major multi-list services, allowing us to reach the
largest target audience quickly and efficiently for sellers, as well
as to obtain up-to-the-minute data on available properties for
buyers. Many of our agents are also successful appraisers and
consultants, thus uniquely enabling us to provide the highest value
to our clients.
Selling a Home
As your agent, we will perform a CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) free of charge to determine a price range for your home. As your agent, we will list your property in both GAMLS and FMLS, the two prominent residential listing services in the metro Atlanta area. We will also prepare marketing brochures, place appropriate signs in the yard, and prepare all necessary paperwork needed to list and sell the property

Buying a Home
As your representative, we will work with you to get you pre-approved for a loan, determine the home price range that you qualify for, determine home features which are of importance to you, such as price, location, number of bedrooms, baths, yard size, neighborhood features, etc.
As a buyer working with PAR you will able to use our “Home Notification Service.” This service allows you to put in the criteria for your desired home and you will automatically be notified when homes come on the market that meet the criteria that you have selected.
