PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Jay joined G. Randall Hammond & Co, later renamed Perimeter Atlanta Realty, Inc. in 2000 and has been a licensed agent in the state of Georgia since 1999. In 2004 Jay became the Managing Broker and a Partner in Perimeter Atlanta Realty, Inc (“PAR”). Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Jay had over 13 years of sales and sales management experience, most recently with CarMax as a Location General Manager. While at CarMax, he was responsible for managing over 120 employees who generated $43 million dollars in annual sales. Jay is a graduate of Ohio State University, having earned Bachelor degree in 1987 in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing
